Return & Refund Policy
At Shandong Shengkunda Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our heavy truck parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos and detailed descriptions of the issue for assessment.
- Incorrect Items Shipped: If we shipped an incorrect item, we will arrange for a return and reship the correct product at no additional cost.
- Change of Mind: For non-defective items, returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at skyond@foxmail.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
- Shipping: For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Process
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the original shipping cost (for domestic orders).
- Change of Mind: A refund for the product price will be processed, excluding shipping fees. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
4. Exceptions
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized parts, personalized products, opened or used items, and items sold "as is" cannot be returned unless defective.
- Partial Refunds: If an item is damaged due to improper handling or misuse, we may issue a partial refund based on the item's remaining value.
5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange. The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product.
6. International Returns
- Customers outside China are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be processed minus these charges.
